About me

I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, but these days I call Seattle my home. Growing up, I always dabbled in many things: piano, musical theatre, volleyball, and volunteering. Most recently, my dabbles include practicing my headstand and learning to ski.

Something that surprises people about me is that I used to hold my commercial drivers license and drive hundreds of students around campus on buses (yes, the big ones ๐ŸšŒ) when I was a student at the University of Georgia.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest as a newly minted Seattleite. A few of my favorite activities are:

  • watching the sunset over the Olympic Mountains ๐ŸŒ„
  • fruit picking ๐ŸŽ
  • weekend camping trips (read: campfire smores) ๐Ÿ•
  • paddle boarding on South Lake Union ๐ŸŒŠ

Things that are on my bucket list for the near future:

  • whale watching at the San Juan islands ๐Ÿณ
  • wine tasting in the Willamette Valley ๐Ÿท
  • weekend tripping to Vancouver to try all of the amazing dimsum ๐Ÿฅข
